Data sources, licensing, and attribution
How AllSportData distinguishes original research from third-party inputs and controls public display while commercial rights are reviewed.
AllSportData is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any league, team, athlete, sportsbook, or data provider. Third-party names and marks identify the subject or source of research and remain the property of their owners.
Current MLB beta
MLB schedule, game-state, box-score, lineup, and player-stat context is used to create a value-added, non-commercial beta research experience. Commercial launch or paid access will not proceed until appropriate source permissions or a commercially licensed vendor arrangement is confirmed.
Market data
Odds-API.io and SportsGameOdds have been evaluated as server-side market-data sources. Raw odds tables and bulk CSV exports are not publicly distributed. Public current-price display is withheld by default until the provider confirms the applicable production, public-display, derived-output, caching, and future commercial-use rights in writing.
Other sports
NBA, NFL, and NHL workspaces remain visible as product previews, but public third-party schedule, standings, player, and market feeds are withheld until the necessary display and commercial-use rights are documented.

AllSportData original work
ASD models, derived features, simulations, confidence systems, research organization, visual interface, and original explanations are separate from third-party source data. A projection or finding remains an estimate, not an official league or sportsbook statement.
