AllSportData Terms of Use
The rules that apply when you access or use the independent AllSportData beta research platform.
Plain-language summary: AllSportData provides informational sports research. It does not accept or place wagers, does not guarantee results, and is not betting, financial, legal, or professional advice.
1. Eligibility and lawful use
You may use wagering-related portions of the service only if you are at least 19 years old or the legal age in your location, whichever is higher, and only where doing so is lawful. You are responsible for complying with local law.
2. Research, not a promise
Projections, simulations, patterns, confidence scores, prices, and written reviews are estimates that can be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or wrong. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Verify material information independently before acting.
3. Permitted use
You may use the public service for personal, lawful, non-commercial research. You may not scrape, automate extraction, republish, sell, sublicense, create a substitute dataset from, or circumvent controls protecting the service or its data.
4. Intellectual property and third-party rights
ASD interface design, original writing, models, organization, and derived research are owned by AllSportData or its licensors. League, team, athlete, sportsbook, and provider names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
5. Third-party services
Links and source references may lead to services controlled by others. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately. AllSportData may suspend a feed, export, market, feature, or league while source authorization is reviewed.
6. Availability and changes
The beta may change, become unavailable, or contain errors without notice. We may add, remove, restrict, or correct features to protect users, data rights, security, and research integrity.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of accuracy, uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, profitability, or any outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllSportData is not liable for wagering losses, indirect losses, lost profits, or decisions made from the service.
